We believe in local project sourcing and virtual working. This means embracing multi-cultural teams across the globe - we have project experience in working with developers in Italy, project management located in the U.K. and the client being in Norway. Based on virtual and open communication we support solutions delivery, which are technical leading and meet the specific business needs. We want to enable & empower our clients - as our teams are there to support, but not to go 'native'.
Virtual Company Infrastructure
We are structured around a virtual company infrastructure that allows us to deliver projects on a global scale using the Internet as our backbone for exchanging information, ideas and knowledge. Each team member, client and partner receives dedicated access to all project relevant information online. This includes access to project documentation, project plans, workpackage descriptions, status reports and/or billing data.
Freedom of the Individual
From an individual point of view we let each team member choose what he/she wants to use as their primary IT tools. If it is Windows, Linux or OS.X, as long as the software choosen, understands the language of the Internet, we can work together. So please don't be surprised if a project manager shows up with a laptop that runs on Ubuntu and OpenOffice.
